Appointment FAQs
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. This will allow us
to check all your paperwork so you can get the most out of your time with your dental team. If
you're running late, just give us a call to let us know.
Completing and submitting your paperwork online allows us to optimize your
experience. If you do need to fill out paperwork in the office, please arrive a little earlier to
do so to help us keep you on schedule.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know at least 48
hours before your appointment so we can offer the time slot to another patient.
